This exclusive event brings together 13 award-winning chefs from Ukraine, Georgia, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Romania, who will prepare 6 refined courses celebrating Ukraine’s culinary heritage.

  • Warm appetizer: Banosh sphere with creamy wild mushroom sauce
  • Dish of diversity: Pkhali made from eggplant and zucchini
  • Fish main: White fish & shrimp mousse roulade with tuna and salmon
  • Meat main: Reinvented Chicken Kyiv
  • Dessert: Heart of Ukraine – poppy seed honey cake with berry glaze
